Probably no BPAL today, which is fine.  I don't get much testing done on the weekend, since my husband is SUPER sensitive to smells and I can't risk giving him a headache just to indulge my love for the smellies.  He has some scents he's ok with, like Spooky and 13, so I usually wear ones I know he'll enjoy on the weekend- which means ones I've tested already!  :)

We're going to wander the malls in a bit, and that will be fun.  I want to swap some games for store credit at EB games, and hopefully get Final Fantasy 12 pre-ordered so I can have it right around my birthday.  It's my birthday prezzie to myself.  :)

I need to gather those games, actually, so I think I'll do that now.  La!

I did a little reorganization of my BPAL today, and discovered that I have about 150 regular GC imps that I like and want to keep, nearly 50 LE/Unimpable imps that I want to keep, and far too many bottles.  O.o

I am a collector, granted, but I hadn't realized that I was collecting THIS much!

Nearly two hundred tested imps, plus the entire canister (probably at least 60-80 imps) I still have to test, and the future imps coming.  It's a glut, and it's a bit embarrasing!  I swear.  Not to mention all the bottles I have coming!  Oy!  I need to do another clean up, I guess.  But I love all the scents I have left!

I suppose I'll go through and look.  It's not a bad idea to clear out if there's extras.  Except for my Freak Show, 13, and Hymn to Proserpine!  :)

Friday! YAY! I'm glad for my husband because he has today off. I'm glad for myself because it's his payday and I can order the vitamins and stuff I need.

And I'm kind of glad that October is here. Hopefully it will be a good month this year.

I think my kitten likes my BPAL.  It's very cute, but he keeps sniffing me every time I put on perfume, and he'll come over and bat at the imps- not like he's trying to knock them down, but like he wants to open them! 

I wonder what scent would be his signature scent...  ;)

...by the lack of mail today considering how much I got yesterday! :) I did try to test a few things, but because my nose was all stopped up I didn't get very far.

It appears I am sick. I hate being sick! But I did find that "And there was a great cry in Egypt" is LOVELY and I want more of it. :D It smelled spicy and wonderful despite my lack of nose-itude.

I am drinking orange juice and trying to take care of myself, so hopefully I won't stay sick for long. I have a ton of BPAL to test- I can't have my nose 'missing in action!' :)

Here was the post I wanted to make yesteday- look at all the goodies I got!  :D

But I guess the site was down or something. I have a TON of photos to add, because I got my Carnaval Diabolique scents yesterday! They were fantastic! I now want 6 more bottles in addition to the one I have coming, and I am thrilled to the gills with all of them!

Then today I got three packages, one of the dark moons (with five frimps!), one of my Salon decants I bought, and one from my BPAL Anonymous birthday swapper! Man am I thrilled! So many imps to test! WOOHOO! :D

And lots of pics to upload, which I will do in my next post! :D

I do birth charts for my friends and for others (at a price, of course), and this is the site I use to create the chart.  It's the most accurate and the most user-friendly of the ones I've found.  Plus, I like the colors they use.  :)

The week is starting off excellently.  A pack of 8 imps I had ordered, as well as my 'spare' bottle of Freak Show (which is probably going to be my first spray perfume, provided I can find some ETOH).  I am very, very happy about this.  :D

Hopefully tomorrow will be as good, since I want my Dark Moons!  If they don't come tomorrow, of course, they'll be here Wednesday almost certainly.  *gleegleeglee*  And in the meantime, I have plenty of stuff to test! 

I also put in an order for red ammo boxes.  This makes me happy because hey!  Places to store imps!  Always a good thing.  :)  I need them, too.  And if I decide not to keep the extra one I ordered, I'll have something to sell.  Which is also a good thing.

Like a pause, a day where nothing can happen and it is both good and bad. Nothing can happen, so nothing can go wrong- but nothing can happen, so what's the point?

I dislike the fact that we don't get mail, but I love football. :) I love the cartoons in the evening, too. :) But yay for Monday, which will be here soon, and will give me a bit of time by myself.

Ah, well, it is good to have a quiet day. :)

Alas, no mail- nothing at all for me! I was sad. I'm still expecting that package of imps, plus next week now I'll be getting a whole *bunch* of packages hopefully.

Salon imps, Carnival Diabolique imps, and my Dark Moon order! *squee* I am so excited. I can't wait for next week's mail, now. :)

But I guess I have to be patient, alas.

I need to take a few pictures of my collection to show off. :) It's a pretty, pretty thing.

But I did get the new supplement I want to try, so that's cool! :) I am excited about that, and hope it works. We shall see.

Other than that, I am hoping that the 'big' package I am waiting on will come this weekend. If not, next week I should have a CnS from the lab, and that will be the cause of much glee, since it'll be my Dark Moon set! :D *squeeyay*

OK, time to do some work.

I had a good batch of mail today, including my decanting supply refresher, a bunch of imps, and a half-bottle of Frumious Bandersnatch. I squeed muchly. :D I think I'm going to use the Frumi as a tester for my jojoba oil, since it is a half-bottle. We shall see.

The imps were all new-to-me and made me giddy, even if a few of them didn't work. One did, but I am totally giving it to Wolf. I have a feeling she'll love it. :D

OK, off to figure out dinner.

I hate days with no mail at all.  Because I spend part of the time wondering if maybe the mail was just running grossly late- even while I know that's silly, that our mail runs at the same time every single day!  Pfeh. 

So, no mail, no pretty imp packages from friends, which is all I'm expecting.  Alas.  And since no one paid me for my stuff, no one is getting shipments sent out tomorrow.  They'll go out Friday as long as I get paid by then!  :)

Hopefully, I'll get at least one more Tarot reading soon...

No BPAL goodies today, which makes me so sad.

I did do some good testing today, though, which made me happy.  I found a couple goodies, and am putting together a nice package for a friend who's buying a bottle for me.  She let me decant a half-imp for another friend who needs some good BPAL karma, so I feel good all around.  :D

So, hopefully goodies will arrive tomorrow while I'm out delivering packages.  :)

No mail today, alas. 

But it ended up being a good day anyway, because we had company!  I love having people over, and I don't get to do it enough at all.  So, yay for visitors!  :)

The mailman today was not so good to me.  One tiny package, with four small imps (though one of them was my favorite, Hymn to Proserpine, so that made up for it)!

Then the UPS guy visited, and WHOA!  My lovely girlfriend, Sakka, sent me a huge box with a ton of lovely things to pick over.  I am so giddy.  I love everything.  Especially all the music she burned to CD for me!  All sorts of mix CDs, and stuff from her vacation in Australia, and Blue Man Group stuff!  Oh, I can't wait to start listening!  *squee*

It's awesome to be loved.

So, after a long lovely talk with my girlfriend, I am back to work on the Book of d00m. Nearly 80,000 words, and I realized WOW! 20 days left, about. I should have this thing finished before the end of October! WOOHOO! That's a very good thing, because I can start Book 2 for NaNo! YAY! :D

Today's haul was one imp and one bottle- a Chaos Theory 3 that I'm very curious to try. When I sniffed it it was a sharp herbal scent followed by a lighter cherry underneath. Very pretty. The imp is Ahathoor, which I think I had, but still. Very good to have! :)

Other than that, C's copy of "Worst Person in the World" came, and that is much of the squee, too. I need to work on my book, and check on what happened to the movie I ordered.

And try to get more people to sign up. :)

I got a package today containing the last Tarot oil I needed to test to have all the Tarot oils from the Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab. So, now I just have to test the rest of them- the ones remaining are the aces and Strength, I think. *squee* Yay for good mail!
