I'm going to be 33 soon, and so I went and bought myself some books today.  :D

A couple by Karen Chance, and three by a horror author whose name escapes me.  Hopefully someday I'll be in the mix.  Eventually.  :)

I bought myself the 'Scorpio' BPAL last month-- and man am I glad I did!  It smells HEAVENLY!  Woo!  I love it so much.  I should've worn it today, but alas, I didn't think of it.  I wore Freak Show, an old favorite, instead.  I shall remind myself to wear Scorpio on my birthday, tho.  :D

I should be getting my Snake Pit decants next week!

YAY!  *squee*  Gosh, I can't wait.  I am so impatient to test them.  Some of them sound SO yummy.  Plus, I got a decant for my 13/Monsterbaits, so I'll have them fresh from the lab, too.

The Heroines ended up being a good thing- I got half-imps.  The ones I thought would've worked on me didn't, and three I never would've ordered worked.

I am very amused by this.

I also have one bottle on its way to me (of the Heroines) YAY and hopefully a full imp of another.  We'll see about the third later.

I also have a bottle of one of the CD act IIIs that I like on its way to me, and that makes me happy.  I have no idea if it'll work, but hey.  It's coming, and that is yay.

Perfume.  I never, ever ever in a million years would've thought I'd've ended up loving perfume as much as I do.  It's so crazy.

In other news, there is a ton going on in my life.  Friendships have shifted, some went away entirely, others have gotten closer, though the core three (David, Michelle, and Jgrrl) have remained the same.  Funny, that.

C and I have also been talking about kids.  Scary stuff there.

Lastly, I get to go to Dragon*Con this year!  WOOTAGE!  Need to talk to David about that.  More details, and stuff.  Find out if I need cash for anything, 'cuz if I do I'll probably have to do a huge perfume sale for it.

Speaking of, I should sell anyway because OMG I want Ostara and I haven't gotten it yet!  ACK!

So maybe I won't be placing that awesome order tomorrow after all.

Need food, but I thought I'd comment- I got a Click and Ship for an order I just placed!  Less than 20 days ago!  I am so psyched!  WOOT!

It's for 13 and Polyhymnia.  Super psyched about getting the Poly so early, beause now I can wear it while I write and hopefully write more!  YAY!

Now I just need to place more orders, because I have zero outstanding orders after I get this one.  And I need money for this weekend's full moon.  :/

Got a good couple of swaps going on, and I'm totally thrilled.  :D  Can't wait to get them out in the mail and get mine!  :)  I love swapping.  It's so fun.

I think that's part of why I am addicted to BPAL- it's so much fun to swap with people, and to network, and to make new friends through it.

Silly, but there it is.

I liked Fortunado after it dried down a little- but right after that yummy scent came to me, I found out Pharaoh was missing.  So, I hope I can get the emotional punch and the scent separate.

Gotta file 'em and put 'em away now.  So many frimps, too!  That was very cool and unexpected.  And hopefully another package will be here on Monday.  That would be nice.

I got to try my Enraged Bunny Musk, which David must try.  Queen of Clubs wasn't as good as I thought it would be, alas, though I am going to try it again.  And Shub doesn't like me.

I'm so happy.  :D

Absolutely no mail today worth mentioning, except for a check from my poll place.  Which is tiny, but at least it's money.

I was hoping for BPAL packages, so I am way bummed.  *sigh*  Ah well.

Today was a really good day in BPAL land.  Three bottles and tons of imps!  :D  I have already tested the bottles, and I'll definitely be selling off one of them, but the other two are keepers (for now, at least), and I can't wait to start testing the imps.
